Welcome to BabyFest ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of you and your family. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your data when using BabyFest.
1. No Personal Data Collection
BabyFest is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first architecture:
- We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal identifiable information (PII), baby health records, diaper logs, breastfeeding times, growth measurements, or pediatrician notes on external servers or clouds.
- All information entered into the app remains 100% locally on your device.
2. Third-Party Services & Tracking
- BabyFest does not include third-party advertising networks.
- BabyFest does not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs.
- Your sensitive newborn care data is never sold or shared with any third party.
3. Data Storage & Deletion
- All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's native storage systems.
- You have complete control over your data. You can edit or delete individual logs at any time from within the app, or permanently remove all data by uninstalling the application.
4. Children’s Privacy
BabyFest is an infant care tool intended for use by parents and legal guardians. Since no data is transmitted off the device, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
